Salmon Fishing

If you are looking for a place to get away from crowds such as on the Kenai or Iliamna, you have found it. You will possibly be the only fishermen on the water when you fish with us, since we are located on the river’s leased private property. There’s no elbow-to-elbow combat fishing.

Kirk Wilson has guided and been a pilot in Alaska since 1975. He is the President of the local Guide Association and is a board member of Prince William Sound aqua culture which operates all hatcheries in Prince William Sound and the Copper Basin.  Kirk has devoted the last 26 years to exploring the great outdoors of Alaska in order to provide his clients with the ultimate Alaska wilderness adventure.

On your 25 mile raft trip you will experience one of Alaska’s most pristine glacier fed salmon rivers. The private lands along the river provide you with one of Alaska’s most unique experiences (no people and lots of kings).

We have made several improvements to our camp on the Klutina River in the last couple of years.  We are sure that these improvements will accommodate any and all who want to experience part of Alaska’s outdoor beauty.  We will custom fit a fishing trip into a package of unforgettable experiences.  Just give us a call!

Fish for king and red salmon, dolly varden, and grayling.

We provide all gear except boots. We do not offer winter trips on the Klutina River.
